Bio - Megan Fink

Megan Fink is a public relations practitioner for the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) where she specializes in media relations. She has a Master’s in Mass Communication from the University of South Carolina and received her Bachelor of Science in anthropology from the College of Charleston. Prior to working at MUSC, Megan was an on-air reporter and personality for WTMA, and has received several South Carolina Associated Press awards for her work in journalism, in addition to an award from the South Carolina Broadcaster's Association.
Megan considers “Chromosome X” a forum where women around the world can obtain valuable health information, ask questions and share experiences. Though Megan may not be the qualified doctor, she knows how to get the experts to explain new research and treatment methods in understandable terms.
Health care interests alternative and holistic medicine, nutrition, heart disease, cancer, and addiction.
